Honoring the Legacy of Śrīla Bhaktivinoda Ṭhākura

On 14th July, the devotee community of ISKCON Punjabi Bagh came together to commemorate the disappearance day of Śrīla Bhaktivinoda Ṭhākura, revered as the Seventh Goswami and one of the foremost pioneers of the modern Krishna consciousness movement. The highlight of the program was an inspiring discourse by His Holiness Bhaktivedanta Rukmini Krishna Goswami Maharaj, who spoke extensively about the life, character, contributions, and enduring legacy of Śrīla Bhaktivinoda Ṭhākura.

Through his lecture, devotees gained a deeper appreciation for the remarkable efforts of Bhaktivinoda Ṭhākura in reviving and preserving the teachings and dhaam of Lord Chaitanya Mahaprabhu for future generations. Following the class, devotees joyfully sang bhajans composed by Śrīla Bhaktivinoda Ṭhākura and collectively offered puṣpāñjali in his honor. The program concluded with prasadam served to all assembled devotees, leaving everyone inspired by the life and teachings of one of the greatest ācāryas in the Gauḍīya Vaiṣṇava tradition.
