ISKCON PUNJABI BAGH

ISKCON Punjabi Bagh is one of the 700 worldwide temples of ISKCON. It is located at 41/77, West Punjabi Bagh, Delhi, India. The temple had a humble beginning in 1984 when it was located in a nearby garage.

The deities moved to the current location in 2005, and the temple in its current location was inaugurated in 2007 upon the installation of Sri Sri Krishna Balaram.Today, ISKCON Punjabi Bagh is a vibrant community home to over 1,000 families. It is centred around the teachings of Sri Krishna, as given in the Bhagavad Gita and Srimad Bhagavatam and presented in the most practical form by Lord Chaitanya through Bhakti Yoga. This community welcomes all, fostering a sense of belonging and inclusivity.

The temple aims to impart systematic spiritual education to all sections of society through education, devotion, and culture to nurture progressive values like peace, unity, happiness, and compassion.

JOURNEY OF ISKCON PUNJABI BAGH

1984 The temple had a humble beginning in 1984 when it was located in a garage at a nearby location in Punjabi Bagh, New Delhi.

2005 Sri Sri Radha Radhika Raman moved to the current location in 2005

2007 The temple in existing location was inaugurated in 2007 upon installation of Sri Sri Krishna Balaram.

2022 & beyond Got the land of the adjacent plot in 2022, initiating the planning for expansion.

Project Overview

In 2022 we got the adjacent plot, and we are now expanding the temple.The whole project is expected to be completed by Radhastami 2027. We whole heartedly request you to contribute for the magnificent project and be benefitted by Lord’s blessings.
