Dance, Drama and Dinner on Holi at ISKCON Punjabi Bagh

This year, ISKCON Punjabi Bagh carried its vibrant Gaura Purnima spirit straight into the next day, celebrating Holi with a joyful blend of devotion, culture, and festivity. The festivities began early at 4 PM with a beautiful procession of Sri Sri Gaura Nitai around the temple premises, setting a devotional tone for the entire evening. This was followed by a lively cultural program, featuring dance, drama, and music presented by the enthusiastic children of the Hare Krishna Sunday School. Adding to the excitement, the pandal hosted several pop‑up game stalls, where visitors and devotees engaged in fun, Krsna‑conscious activities—bringing out smiles across all ages. But the highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the lip‑smacking prasadam festival! Devotees from the congregation set up a range of food stalls, offering everything from Chinese and continental cuisines to Indian street‑style favourites and traditional North Indian dishes. The incredible variety and flavour made the Holi celebrations unforgettable. With devotion, music, food, and community all woven together, this year’s Holi at ISKCON Punjabi Bagh was a beautiful continuation of the Gaura Purnima joy—an evening that delighted hearts and strengthened spiritual bonds.
