Hare Krishna Sunday School celebrates its 6th annual day

Hare Krishna Sunday School celebrated their 6th annual day celebration on 30th April which saw the participation of 150 kids and their families.

The sunday school started in 2017 with the idea of giving an inspiring, creative, devotional environment to our kids for learning the various elements of devotional life. It began with 40 students in 2017 and currently has more than 150 students in 5 different centers.

The students put up a marvelous show that consisted of sloka Recitation, plays and dance drama on the prominent pastimes of lord in each Yuga.
The make ups, performances, team spirit, synergy and devotion among students were high and contagious for all the audiences.

At various points in the performances the audience was moved to tears, laughter, joys and applause seeing their young ones performing so well.

The entire team of teachers, who are all volunteers work in a very committed, dedicated and organised manner each week for the Sunday classes. The curriculum is well researched and various effective pedagogical methods are employed by teachers to deliver the same to students.

The students had put up exhibitions in the temple courtyard on the new year and Holi as well.
