When all devotees took to the streets!

As part of the World Holy Name Festival 2024, all devotees at ISKCON Punjabi Bagh, from all ashrams, took to the streets through the week of 17th to 23rd September. For the entire week, sankirtan, book and prasad distribution was organized across parts of West Delhi. For 2 hours each evening devotees walked for kilometres singing and dancing to the holy name. After the sankirtan, full meal prasadam was given out to all. Devotees spread the holy name across all prominent routes and streets in Rajouri Garden, Patel Nagar, Kamla Nagar, Budha Nagar, Tilak Nagar, Paschim Vihar and Adarsh Nagar. During the World Holy Name Festival, every morning class was centred around glories of the holy name. Evening classes for newcomers also focussed on chanting the holy names and were followed by japa sessions for all attendees.
